Emily Evelyn Way, a lyric coloratura soprano, was most recently seen as Zina in Dark Sisters with OrpheusPDX, Soprano in She Loves You Back as part of the Artists in Conversation Festival with Renegade Opera, Madame Herz in Der Schauspieldirektor and Adina in L’Elisir d’Amore, both with Opera Bend. Other recent engagements include Annina in La Traviata with Amore Opera, Adele in Act II of Die Fledermaus as part of Eugene Opera's spectacular New Year's Eve Gala, Laurie in a chamber version of Copland's The Tender Land in NYC, and Héro in the rare gem, Béatrice et Benedict, also with Eugene Opera.
